The kidney health awareness campaign and medical outreach organized by the Savanna Kidney Aid Foundation in collaboration with the Fatima & Maifulani Foundation was a resounding success. The event brought together a dedicated team of medical doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, as well as members and volunteers, who worked tirelessly to serve a total of almost 250 people in Hadejia.

During the outreach, free medical tests such as Random Blood Sugar (RBS), Urinalysis, Hepatitis B Surface Antigen (HBsAg), and vital sign assessments were conducted. Free medications were distributed, and consultations were provided to address the medical concerns of the individuals who attended.

In addition to providing medical care, the attendees were educated on preventive measures for kidney diseases and its associated risk factors. This crucial information will help empower the community to proactively safeguard their kidney health.

Eng. Suleiman Hadejia, the esteemed founder of the Fatima & Maifulani Foundation, demonstrated his benevolence by generously donating dialysis consumables among other donations to the Savanna Kidney Aid Foundation. This act of kindness serves as a commendable contribution to supporting the remarkable efforts of the Savanna Kidney Aid Foundation.
