Community campaign organized by the Savanna Kidney Foundation in the Dan Masara community, Dutse, Jigawa State. 9/7/2023.

Thanks to the incredible support and dedication of our team and volunteers, we successfully carried out an impactful awareness campaign, raising awareness about kidney health and prevention. The campaign aimed to educate residents about the importance of early detection and healthy lifestyle choices for maintaining optimal kidney function.

Through engaging presentations, interactive sessions, free screening for risk factors which includes (RBS,BP,PR etc) free consultation, informative pamphlets, and counselling, we reached out to hundreds of community members who eagerly participated in our sessions. By providing them with essential knowledge and support, we empowered them to make informed decisions regarding their own health.

We are delighted to report that our efforts have been met with great enthusiasm from both community members and local authorities. As a result of this campaign’s success, we have seen a significant increase in interest from individuals seeking further information on kidney health.

Building on this momentum, we are committed to continuing our mission of creating awareness and offering support to those affected by kidney disease. We firmly believe that together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of people in need
